Acceptance

By using JobLens you agree to these Terms. JobLens is operated by PulseCoder LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

JobLens helps you apply to jobs: it scores your fit on a posting, generates tailored résumés from your verified profile, and assists autofill. You review and submit every application — JobLens does not submit on your behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Keep your sign-in secure.

Acceptable use

The browser extension reads the pages you visit only to assist you on a job posting; it does not navigate or scrape proactively. Human-in-the-loop is a condition of use: you must review and submit applications yourself. You agree not to use JobLens to violate a job site's terms, to mass-submit applications, or to misrepresent your qualifications.

Your content

You retain ownership of your profile data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

JobLens, including its software and design, is owned by PulseCoder LLC.

Disclaimers

JobLens is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Fit scores and generated content are assistance, not guarantees of employment or accuracy; you are responsible for what you submit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseCoder LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of JobLens.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
